Refund Policy – Earthe 

We want you to love your Earthe products as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. 

Returns & Refunds 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. 

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. 

How to Request a Return 

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. 

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address. 

3. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
