● All products are handmade and packed with care using natural ingredients. ● We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time. 

2. Orders & Payments 

● Orders are accepted once payment has been received in full. 

● We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure methods listed at checkout. 

● All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

3. Shipping 

● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

● Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds 

● For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. ● Returns are only accepted within 14 days for unopened and unused products in original packaging.

● Our products are made with natural ingredients and are suitable for most skin types, but we cannot guarantee individual results.
