Shipping Policy – Earthe 

Processing Times 

● All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 

● You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been packed and shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

We currently ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. 

● Standard Shipping – $12 (3–7 business days) 

● Express Shipping – $16 (1–3 business days) 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control. 

Tracking 

● All parcels include tracking. 

● You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. ● You can track your order directly via the Australia Post website. 

Packaging 

Our products are packaged carefully in protective boxes to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping Restrictions 

● At this time, we only ship within Australia. 

● We do not deliver to PO Boxes for bulk orders over 1kg. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels 

Once shipped, your parcel is in the care of Australia Post. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist with tracking and resolving the issue.
